Return Policy

Refund

A refund means the customer returns the product and receives full payment back once the return is approved.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
  • Product must be unused, with original tags attached and packaging in perfect condition
  • Clear photos of the product, tags, and packaging must be shared for approval
  • Product will be inspected before final approval

Refund Terms:

  • If the product is approved, 100% of the product payment will be refunded.
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

Refund Not Allowed If:

  • Tags are removed or packaging is damaged.
  • Product shows signs of use.
  • Return request is made after 7 days.

Exchange

Exchange means replacing the product with another size, color, or item.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • A proper and valid reason must be provided
  • Product must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

Shipping Responsibility:

  • If the fault is from our side (wrong or defective item), we will bear the shipping cost
  • If the change is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

Exchange Process:

  • Product must be returned first for inspection
  • Exchange depends on stock availability
  • Replacement will be dispatched after approval

Exchange Not Allowed If:

  • No valid reason is provided
  • Product is used or damaged
  • Request is made after 3 days
